INTERN DEPARTMENTS:

Communications

Rocky Mountain Vacation Rentals is looking for great writers who have experience with SEO and SEM. The hired applicant will be responsible for press releases, writing and optimizing website content, marketing on social network sites, writing effective and applicable blogs on a daily basis, and contributing all SEO and SEM knowledge to various projects. Hired applicant will be required to work on projects in multiple areas of business development.

 

Rocky Mountain Vacation Rentals is also looking for writers who are fluent in a foreign language to translate our web content, press releases, blogs, etc and will be able to perform research in international markets for trends and applicable resources to market our business in.

 

Marketing

Hired applicant  will manage multiple marketing schedules and content to create a more visual presence to ski vacationers.  Hired applicant will work with communications intern on communications projects.  Will perform market research on competitors, other markets of interest (domestic and international) and potential future partnerships. Hired applicants will be required to work on all projects in multiple areas of development.

 

Accounting & Finance

Hired applicant will be intimately involved in day-to-day financial operations including AR/AP/Forecasting/ Projections/Quick books. The Hired applicant will look at streamlining and minimizing expenses.  Individual projects will be brainstormed, created, managed and implemented by each intern.  Each intern will be required to work on projects in multiple areas of development beyond Accounting and Finance.

 

The position will have you directly involved in the Research and Development of a Master Business Plan showing the Growth in the Rocky Mountain Region for Ski and Golf Vacation Rentals. Long Term Research into Beach, Urban and International Markets.

 

Real Estate

Hired applicant will work with our fractional real estate partners in all applicable ski resort markets. Hired applicant will research market trends in Vail and our other expansion locations.   In addition, will work with communication intern on RE website content.  Hired applicant will work with marketing intern on increasing our Real Estate market presence. Will be required to work on all projects in multiple areas of development.

Accounting & Finance , Management / Entrepreneurship Communication, Entrepreneurial & Marketing

Communication, English , Web Communications, Writing

Spanish

Film, Photography, Web Design

Journalism & Mass Communication

MBA students a plus

Dual majors are a plus

3.5 GPA or above is preferred

Project Specifiic:  (Minimum 3 months, 10-20 hours a week  or Project specific commitment-  Ski Pass with the minimum of 12 months commitment )

1. Reimbursement of your  Ski Pass at the end of your internship.
2. Monthly Team Building – White Water Rafting Trips, Wine Making stomping , Camping, PLUM TV Interviews
3. Monthly Cookouts-ins
4. Discounts to Family Members wishing to travel to any Rocky Mountain Vacation Rental property.

(1) Housing (Furnished), Electric, Gas, and Cable are Fully Paid for by the company.

(2) A Merchant Pass will be purchased for Career Tracking & Full-Time interns by Rocky Mountain Vacation Rentals. If at any time internship is terminated before completion, Merchant Pass will be revoked from intern. Intern may purchase the EPIC pass on thier own and be re-imbursed after 4 months or the fullfillment of your internship.

 

(3) If you have your own housing you will be reimbursed for your Ski Pass.

 

(4) Any commissions earned during the internship will be held in escrow and paid Between 6 -12 months after start date as rentention. Must be with company to to be paid.

 

• All terms are subject to change at any time based on the growth of the company.

• All terms are set and will not be changed once a commitment is made and in writing between Company and Intern.
